DSC_1250.jpg - The over-sink lighting problem is solved.  I found these 3-inch LED fixtures designed for remodeling work, meaning they fit right in the sheetrock.  They don't require the large frames and so, can be located very close to the joists.  400 lumens each is a lot of light.  And they'll last longer (26 years) than I will!
