01 General Requirements 10 . Permits & Fees - (At owner's expense) obtain zoning, building & water permits. (Dombwaiter State permit to be obtained by DW dealer.)
12 . Arrange testing & inspections by agencies.

29 . Supply all warrantees & manuals for equipment.
31 . Provide copy of C.O. (Arch to provide ""as built"" dwgs for C.O. at owner's expense.)

02 Site Work 01 Pay surveyor for benchmark & corner stakes, site plan (as built) & flood certificate. .
02 Remove (salvage) equipment before demolition. Clear lot. Demolish house. Remove Freon.
09 Pay town to upgrade water service lateral to curb box to 1". Pay for town to replace sewer lateral if necessary. Coordinate processing & scheduling of water & sewer.
10 Pay for new gas line & meter. Coordinate new gas.
13 Pay for new 200 amp underground electrical service, phone & Comcast. Coordinate new electrical, phone & cable.
28 Determine what to do with curb. Provide alternate price for new curb installed to town standards.
29 Determine area to be paved. Hire separate contractor. Coordinate rough grading and schedule with paving contractor.
33 Provide new trash corral. Don't wreck old one (yet).
03 Concrete 09 Seal foyer & storage room slabs (yes, really). .
10 Determine what to do with curb. Provide alternate price for new curb installed to town standards.

15 Mechanical 16 Plumbing Fixtures - Faucets supplied by owner. Undermount sink (kitchen) & integral bowl lav tops including installation are under separate contract. Review fixture model numbers on plumbing schedule before orders are placed. Faucets installed by GC/plumber.
26 Duct work - Do walk-thru before rough rough-in. .
28 Provide two plug-in dehumidifiers to ground floor. Determine locations for GC. .
29 A.C./heat registers & grilles - Do walk-thru review before rough-in. Determine source of plastic supply registers. Atlanta Supply for registers
16 Electrical 02 Pay for underground 200 amp service and meter. .
04 Do walk-thru before rough wiring. .
07 Provide all non-specified lighting fixture and fans. Provide specified lighting fixtures.
09 Pre-wire and finish telephone & cable. .
14 Low-voltage wiring - Run 1-1/2" (?) conduit from 1st floor to 2nd floor. (Should be utility room to attic space?) .
